Can I start a trial if I already have an account?+-
Having an account does not mean you have a membership. Sign in to start a membership or manage your current one. If you already have an active membership, you do not need to start another trial.
What happens when my free trial ends?+-
Your chosen plan starts billing after the 14-day free trial: $19.95 each month or $199.95 each year. It renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel before your trial ends to avoid the first membership charge.
Do I get less with the monthly plan?+-
No. Both plans include the same Conservative and Aggressive model allocations, market commentary, email and text alerts, calculators, fund performance tracking, and model history. The difference is how often you pay.
How do I cancel?+-
You can cancel in your Account Settings. If your membership is billed through PayPal, cancel the subscription in PayPal. Canceling stops future renewals; it does not automatically request a refund. Contact us if you need help.
How does the money-back guarantee work?+-
Email support within 30 days of your first payment to request a refund if the service is not right for you. The guarantee covers your membership payment. It does not cover investment losses or promise any investment return.
Will you move money in my TSP account?+-
No. Your money stays in your TSP. We publish model allocations and explain our thinking. You decide whether to make a change, and you make it yourself through tsp.gov. TSP Pilot does not provide individual investment advice.
