If those new allocation percentages are entered into the TSP website by 11 am the following day TSP will likely effect those changes for you by that same day's markets close--otherwise on the close of the day following. TSP Pilot's performance figures assume a very conservative two day delay.

The frequency of emails alerts is difficult to predict but can vary from between 1 and 4 alerts per quarter. Most percentage change recommendations are incremental. Complete switches between the TSP C, S, and I stock funds and the F and G bond funds are less frequent averaging between 2-6 switches per year.
